Description
The Constitutional Convention last night voted 73-24 to keep alive al constitutional change requiring the state to “ plan and manage” its population growth. The requirement is contained in the report of the convention's Committee on Public Health and Welfare, Labor and Industry. The convention began deliberating the report yesterday and was to continue discussing it this evening.
