This collection of legislative testimonies on the creation of a Law School for Hawaiʻi documents the historical vision and intent of the Law School, as articulated by founder William S. Richardson and other colleagues who supported the idea. The testimonies also includes colleagues who did not support the idea of creating a law school in Hawaiʻi and their reasonings.
