Hawaii's constitution should include a wider range of disciplinary sanctions against judges, the president of the state’s Bar Association suggested yesterday. The proposal was made by attorney Daniel H. Case to the Constitutional Convention’s Judiciary Committee. Earlier, Hawaii Supreme Court Chief Justice William S. Richardson indicated no objection to the idea.
