SK discusses his trips to Cyprus, the USSR, and Yugoslavia as part of the the United States Information Agency's American Participant Program. The AMPARTS foster discussion on major issues involving Ecnomics, International Political Relations, as well as U.S Political and Social Processes. SK also discusses the meetings he had with the respective countries' legal representatives, where both sides exchanged information and compared each other's justice system
